
My Dear Child,
Each day brings with it different situations to solve. Some of these situations may be more difficult to resolve than others and cause us distress and fatigue. It can be with your classmates, your teacher, your siblings, your parents or friends… It is normal that some days we feel more tired than others. Therefore, we must look for ways to relax our minds and bodies. For example, I can brush your hair for a few minutes, massage your hands or feet, you can bathe with warm water, read a story, or listen to relaxing music. There are many ways to make our bodies feel relaxed. And always remember to seek Jesus.
