Dear Lord,
When you created me, there is no doubt that you took every detail, physically and mentally, into account. You are a perfect Being, the source of all wisdom and knowledge. Help me to take care of my body, to make it a reflection of who You are. Help me to exercise my willpower, to be temperate, in all areas of my life, in order to care for what You have wisely given me. May every meal, hour of work or rest, every movement or decision be a harmonious reflection of my response to Your great love. Thank you for creating me different and special.
