What is a batch in the ACMS Treasury Module?
A batch can be liked to a collection of offerings that can be receipted as a group. In cases where there is more than one person in the Local Church Treasury team more than one batch can be opened so that each person can do separate receipting.
How do I receipt loose offerings collected on Sabbath in a collection plate/basket?
Loose offerings collected on the Sabbath. In a plate/basket or a collection container are recorded by clicking on the loose offering option as shown in the picture above. The system will record this collection is cash and this amount will be posted into your receipted cash account in the system.
