Dear Lord,
With Your own hands You created me, even before my mother knew that I would come into this world, You already knew my name and knew everything about me. Every gene, every cell, every organ in my body, You placed everything so perfectly. Help me to take care of every part of my body, accept that my outward beauty is a reflection of my inner beauty. Help me to live with a grateful heart and enjoy physical, emotional and spiritual health. Thank you for all that I have been able to accomplish with my hands, with my feet, and with every part of my body. All my abilities and talents come from You. Help me to maximize the inner potential in me to become what You want from me.
