Dear Lord,
You exchanged a kingly throne for a manger. You transformed your divine nature into a human nature. From on high, you decided to come down. To obtain victory you sacrificed. The terrible guilt of our sin you took on your shoulders. You were born to save a fallen race. Heaven certainly was glad, then deeply wept, but… also celebrated.
