My Dear Child,
The sun is our main source of light. It takes about 8 minutes for the light to travel from the sun to earth. That light is able to penetrate the ocean water up to 72 meters deep. Lack of natural light causes illness. Exposure to sunlight improves your mood and focus which support good decision making. It is important to get a good dose of sunlight every day.
Jesus is our light. If we follow Him, we will not walk in darkness but will always have the light of life. John 8:12
