Dear Lord,
In life, we all make plans and set goals, whether short, medium, or long-term. Sometimes, as hard as we try, it just feels like we’re not moving forward. The effort is arduous, and the steps seem to be short. It seems that we will never reach the set goal. But You O Lord have made us strong, You have told us to be courageous, brave, and to persevere to the end. I know that though the journey is difficult, the reward of reaching the destination is worth the effort. Help me to be patient and to persevere, not to lose heart, not to neglect my goal, even when my steps seem to be short.
