Dear Lord,
Thank you for being the refreshing water that quench my thirst every morning. Help me understand during the day that my need for water is not only physical but also spiritual. Even at night I can have the water that brings peace to my soul, so that both my body and my mind can be thoroughly hydrated.
I know I couldn’t live without water, as certainly I could not live without You. You who are the spring of living water, please refresh my entire being. May this life giving water flow to others through me.
