Dear Lord,
On this day I would like to express to You my great desire to be childlike. To get up early each day with energy, to be able to jump when for joy, to be able to shed a tear when I feel sadness, to speak sincerely to others, to ask for help when I need it, to be content in what I have.
Help me to enjoy the drops of rain when it falls, to find delight even in the little things that surround me, to always see the innocence in every situation. Help me to enjoy this adventure called life. Help me to be the child You created me to be. “Unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18:3
