Be a Good Friend

My Dear Child,

Making good friends is very important, but being a good friend is even more important. A friend is someone you can play with, tell stories to, and share many other things with. Each friend is different from the other. For example, with one you may play with sand, with another you play ball, with another you will share stories and another you will build things with. Friendship is a sincere relationship between one person and another, it is built on trust, love and respect. That’s why we call each other “friend.”  Learn to look for good friends, but above all, learn to always be a good friend to others. Jesus is your best friend.

“A true friend always loves, and in times of need he is like a brother. ” Proverbs 17:17
